Nature of request
Vaysey states that her daughters stood to share 40 marks of land of their father's, and that one married Tregrason, and Joan, the other married T[T...]lyn. After the death of T[T...]lyn, Tregrason came riotously with force and arms to the house of Trewgethin and there forced Joan to be bound in an obligation that she would not marry but at Tregarson's will. The petitioner has not seen her daughter and fears that she has been poisoned or slain for her inheritance and she requests that her daughter be delivered and set free, and that the obligation be cancelled and broken.
