Nature of request
Olyver shows that her father held 2 burgages in Truro, 5 cottages in the parish of St Lynwyn, and land in Carvoda and was seised of the same at his death and they descended to her and she was seised for two years when Penpont and others came riotously with great force and might and put her out and kept her out. She states that she is too poor to seek remedy at the common law, and requests that Penpont and the others be called before the them to answer the premises, and to set such direction as shall be thought reasonable.
