- The executors state that at the parliament held at York they petitioned for right to be done concerning the wardship of several manors in Durham which Balliol and his ancestors held of the bishops. The manors came into the hand of the earl of Warwick. Following the death of the earl, Bishop Kellawe seized the manors in wardship but was ousted by the king. Kellawe petitioned for its return and sued until his death. The executors request that justice be done so that they can settle the bishop's debts, and request an answer.
