The people of the liberty of Durham and Norhamshire.

Nature of request
The people request a writ to the treasurer and baron of the Exchequer concerning the pardon made by the king to the people of Northumberland of debts for victuals and other things as the liberties are within the county.
Nature of endorsement
Coram rege et magno consilio.Because this grace was made to the people of that county, the council does not dare to extend it to the people of the bishop without advising the king.
