Appointment of J H Hazell as president of the Assembly, and the nomination of Albert Lewis, a barrister of the Middle Temple, to a seat in the legislature in place of J B Proudfoot who has resigned because of pressure of business commitments. Forwards letter from William Hepburn Rennie, lieutenant governor of St Vincent, dated 3 February 1874, and recommends confirmation of appointments.
