Description

Letter from Richard Pepper Arden on John Hyde convicted on 2 indictments of horse stealing. He will send evidence of both (short) trials to Lord Sydney although there is 'little reason there is for the allegation of his innocence'. Recommendation: none made (report to follow) but speaks against mercy.
