Defendants: Robert Hardman of Stockport, mercer, George Hardman, gent, his brother, Edward Kelsall, Thomas Roades, Ambrose Robinson, and others.
Subject: Refusal to secure plaintiff John Reddiche against loss by undertaking the said Robert Hardman's debts, rescue of the said Robert Hardman from arrest at Stockport, and attack on said plaintiff's house at Heaton Norris.
