Short title: Ritch v Tayler.
Plaintiffs: John Ritch, son and executor of John Ritch of Bearsted, yeoman.
Defendants: John Tayler, gent of Thurnham, Jasper Ritch and Thomas Ritch, brothers of the plaintiff, Richard Gorram and Geoffrey Turke.
Subject: Obtaining administration of the testator John Ritch the father's goods and seizure thereof, the said John Tayler being indebted to him. Demurrers that plaintiff John Ritch is excommunicated.

Another action was also brought before the Ecclesiastical court.
