Defendants: John Tayler, gent of Thurnham, Jasper Ritch and Thomas Ritch, brothers of the plaintiff, Richard Gorram and Geoffrey Turke.
Subject: Obtaining administration of the testator John Ritch the father's goods and seizure thereof, the said John Tayler being indebted to him. Demurrers that plaintiff John Ritch is excommunicated.
