Description

Short title: Gallop v Odber.

Plaintiff(s): Maximilian Gallop and his wife Jane, John Bower and his wife Hester, and others.

Defendant(s): John Odber and his wife Mary, John Lawes, Thomas Lawes, William Chubb.

Subject of depositions: Farm of Easton, in the parish of Barwick St James (Wiltshire) lately rented by Henry Rogers, the younger(defendant's late husband) of George Knipe. Sale, of sheep on said farm.

County/place: Wiltshire.

Date of commission: 5 July 1693.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 14 September 1693 at Ludwell.
