Touching the sum of one hundred pounds said to have been placed by said Henry in the hands of Joseph Ainge, clerk (defendant's late husband), that the yearly interest thereof might be devoted to the support of Agnes Osborne, the only daughter of said Henry by his first wife, who was one of the daughters of said Joseph Ainge and Agnes.
