Subject of depositions: Last will and testament of Anthony Smith, an innholder, who had dealings with the plaintiff, a brewer, for beer, and the estate of said Smith rented of John Lawes, lying in Stoford and Newton (Wiltshire) and his estate in Fisherton Anger (Wiltshire).
