Description

Short title: Charlton v Robson.

Plaintiff(s): Edward Charlton.

Defendant(s): Matthew Robson.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Bellingham (Northumberland), and the villages of Bellingham and Nether Blakelaw, and a water corn mill for grinding corn, called Bellingham Mill. Touching the custom of"suit and service" (i.e. grinding corn, etc) to said mill.

County/place: Northumberland.

Date of commission: 5 July 1693.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 28 September 1693 at Hexham.
