Short title: Deane v Clapcott.

Plaintiff(s): Simon Deane.

Defendant(s): John Clapcott.

Subject of depositions: Copyhold or customary messuages or tenements situate at Tottnam (Dorset), parcel of the manor of Great Canford (Dorset). Lease. [The names, of Thomas Wells, now or late of Tottnam aforesaid, in the parish of Great Canford, Thomas Deane and his brother-in-law William Bound, Margaret Bound, widow, and relict of said William (late sister of said Thomas Deane), are mentioned].

County/place: Hampshire.

Date of commission: 5 July 1693.
