Plaintiff(s): Sir George Treby (kt, Attorney - General), at the relation of the mayor, bailiffs, and burgesses of the corporation or borough of Liverpool, and John Hodgson, burgess of said borough.
Defendant(s): The mayor, bailiffs, and burgesses of the borough of Lancaster, Augustine Greenwood, John Bryer.
Subject of depositions: Plaintiff's claim for "towne duety for goods imported by defts, into or exported out of the boro'. or haven of Liverpool" etc. Customs of said borough of Liverpool.
County/place: Lancashire.
Date of commission: 28 November 1692.
