Description

Short title: Hitch v Forster.

Plaintiff(s): Henry Hitch, of Leathley (Yorkshire).

Defendant(s): George Forster, Thomas Thompson, Andrew Story, George Straker.

Subject of depositions: Rectory and parish of Felton, and lands, called "ye Fence alias Felton Forest" and "ye High Moore alias Felton Common ", "Bockenfield Moore" and the township of Felton. Metes and bounds. Right of common. Inclosures. Tithes.

County/place: Northumberland.

Date of commission: 15 June 1692.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 10 October 1692 at Morpeth.
