Defendant(s): William Farrington, Agnes Farrington, widow, Hugh Simons, Edward Fleetwood, George Farrington, Lawrence Rawstorne, Edward Miller alias Exton.

Subject of depositions: Manor or lordships of Lea and Ashton super Ribble, Penwortham, Hutton, and Houghwick(Lancashire). Touching right of free fishing in the river of Ribble. Metes and bounds. Customs of manors. [The names and possessions of Sir Richard Hoghton, bart (plaintiff's great grandfather), Sir Gilbert Hoghton (plaintiff's grandfather), Sir Richard Hoghton (plaintiff's late father), William Farrington (defendant Henry's late father), John Fleetwood (defendant Edward's late father), and Edward Rawstorne (late father of defendant Lawrence) are mentioned.] [See also 3 and 4 W. and M.
