Description

Short title: Mann v Morris.

Plaintiff(s): Ann Mann, widow, and others.

Defendant(s): John Morris.

Subject of depositions: "Quantity or parcel of salt" belonging to John Mann (plaintiff's late husband), deposited in a "warehouse or sellar belonging to the town hall of Cardigan" and seized by defendant by virtue of a distringas or justicies" etc.

County/place: Carmarthenshire.
