Short title: Machell v Smith.

Plaintiff(s): John Machell.

Defendant(s): John Smith and his wife Joyce, Elizabeth Goodson, Sir Christopher Buckle, kt, Thomas Goodson.

Subject of depositions: Closes or lands called Middle Hill Fields, lying in the parish of Weston Turvile, in Buckinghamshire, lately belonging to John Machell, of Wendov (Buckinghamshire), (plaintiff's late father). Touching a mortgage of said lands.

County/place: Buckinghamshire.
