Description

Short title: Dammond v Field.

Plaintiff(s): John Dammond, the younger, of Thorpe (Essex), husbandman, and his wife Mary.

Defendant(s): George Field.

Subject of depositions: Last will and testament of William Reeve, and his real and personal estate, and the estate of Mary Reeve (daughter of said William), of whom the now defendant acted as guardian, including a farm called "Bovelshall" etc.

County/place: Essex.

Date of commission: 15 June 1692.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 3 October 1692 at Colchester.
