Description

Short title: Sarsnett v Dod.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Sarsnett.

Defendant(s): Henry Dod and his wife Elizabeth.

Subject of depositions: Thomas Gibbs, late of the city of Norwich, tailor (to whom defendant Elizabeth is executrix), and John Sarsnet, of same city, also a tailor (plaintiff's late brother), to whose estate Alderman Brockden, alderman of Norwich, mercer, administered as chief creditor. Touching certain debts claimed by plaintiff of defendants for tailor's work done by him (the plaintiff) for his said brother, for said Thomas, and for defendants.

County/place: Norfolk.

Date of commission: 15 June 1692.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 23 August 1692 at Norwich.
