Plaintiff(s): William Acton, gent, (an infant), under the age of twenty one years, to witt, about the age of fourteen years, by Barbara Vincent his closest friend and guardian.
Defendant(s): Edmund Wylde.
Subject of depositions: Vicarage and parish or chapelry of Stoulton (Worcestershire), and the manor of LittleWolverton (Worcestershire), and the rectory of Kempsey, in the said county of Worcester. Tithes. [The names of Thomas Acton (plaintiff's grandfather) and William Acton (plaintiff's father) are mentioned].
