Defendant(s): Barbara Acton, widow of William Acton, William Acton, gent. her son by ye said Barbara his mother and guardian, Thomas Walsgrove, Humfrey Fox, Samuel Hale, and Francis Bradford.
Subject of depositions: The rectory and parsonage or manor or reputed manor of Kempsey with two chappells thereunto annexed called Stoulton and Norton, said to have been leased by the Dean and Chapter of the Cathedral Church of Worcester (about June 17, Chas I) to the plaintiff. Touching a certain messuage called Little Wolverton, and lands in Little Wolverton and Stoulton belonging to defendants. Tithes. [The names of Thomas and William Acton (defendant William's grandfather and father are mentioned].
