Short title: Cotton v Jarvis.
Plaintiff(s): John Cotton, Susan, Alathea, and Arabella Cotton (infants), being the daughters and co-heiresses of Allen Cotton, deceased, by the said John Cotton their uncle and guardian.
Defendant(s): Robert Jarvis, Richard Bludwick.
Subject of depositions: Messuage, at West Walton, called Walsoken Farm, and lands in Walsoken, said to be copyhold of the Lord Coleraine's manor of West Walton, and lately belonging to Dame Susan Sclater, widow (late grandmother of the plaintiff John Cotton), and said to be held in gavelkind of said manor. Customs of manor.
County/place: Cambridgeshire.
Date of commission: 12 February 1690.
Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 25 April 1690 at Wisbech, Isle of Ely.
