Defendant(s): Alex. Radcliffe, Thomas Dickenson, Samuel Lightbonne, Peter Heywood, Richard Lightbonne.
Subject of depositions: Messuage and tenement called "Broadhurst" in Clifton in the parish of Eccles (Lancashire). Touching a mortgage of the said premises by Humpy Trafford, and the profits derived from colepitts digged by defendant Radcliffe. [The names of Robert Fyelds, Thomas Holland, and his widow Elizabeth Holland, and defendant Radcliffe, as tenants of said messuage, are mentioned].
County/place: Lancashire.
Date of commission: 12 February 1690.
