Plaintiff(s): Mary Walter, widow, (the relict and administratrix of William Walter, late of Walton in the parish of Skenfreth, her late husband) and guardian to William Walter (her eldest son and heir by said William Walter), an infant about 12 years of age.
Defendant(s): Thomas Warnell and his wife Katherine.
Subject of depositions: Lands called "y coppice bach ", "Kae dan y Coppice ", "Kae bannall ysha ", "Kae bannall ycha ", "Kae Croes Van" whereof William Walter, deceased, was seized in fee in reversion after the decease of Margaret Walter, and also of lands called "Gwerlodd y Collier" after the decease of James Steevens, of Skenfreth.
