Description

Short title: Boxwell v Selby.

Plaintiff(s): William Boxwell, John Holledge alias Hollegg.

Defendant(s): Edward Selby.

Subject of depositions: Farm called Widhill farm, in Cricklade parish (Wiltshire), belonging to John Jenner, an outlaw, and grounds, called "The Hill ", "The Marshes" and "Northfield" lying in Widhill (Wiltshire) belonging to the defendant. Right of common. Trespass.

County/place: Wiltshire.

Date of commission: 15 June 1687.
