Plaintiff(s): Thomas Carpenter.
Defendant(s): John Eccley and his wife Sarah, Thomas Watkins and his wife Sibell, lately called Sibell Downing.
Subject of depositions: Last will and testament of Ann Martin, of the "Abovethgine" within the suburbs of the city of Hereford, and particularly touching a deed by which she made over the greater part of her personal estate to the defendants Sarah and Sibell, who were her maid-servants during her last illness.
County/place: Herefordshire.
Date of commission: 12 February 1687.
