Subject of depositions: Water grist-mills of the borough of Bridgwater (Somerset), and an alehouse called the Cockmoyle, in which the common prison for the boro' was kept. Touching an action brought by defendant against plaintiff upon an account stated for malt delivered.
County/place: Somerset.
Date of commission: 8 February 1687.
Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 28 March 1687 at Bridgwater.
