Plaintiff(s): Daniel Williams.
Defendant(s): Rice Jones and his wife Isabel, Cecill Morgan.
Subject of depositions: Lordship or honour of Brecon, and mills called "Devynoke Mill", "Senny Mill", "Cray Mill", "Ystrad Velty Mill", "Glantawy Mill" and "Pulchcoch Mill." Whether such mills were called "The King's Mills" and leased by the Crown to Sir Thomas Awbrey? etc. Touching the custom of "suit and service" due by the tenants of the lordship to the mills (i.e. grinding corn, etc).
County/place: Breconshire.
Date of commission: 12 February 1687.
Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 12 April 1687 at Llanspithit.
