Plaintiff(s): John Cox.
Defendant(s): William Halford, Anne Halford, widow, of Robert Halford, late of Barton Street (Gloster), Sarah Loggins.
Subject of depositions: Goods and chattels, of Robert Halford who (as stated by plaintiff) became bound with plaintiff as surety in bond of the penalty of £2,000 to Sir William Juxon as high sheriff of Gloster, with condition that Robert Halford should pass his (Sir William's) account in the Exchequer.
County/place: Gloucestershire.
Date of commission: 12 February 1686.
Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 15 April 1686 at Gloucester.
