Description

Short title: Attorney General v Moseley.

Plaintiff(s): Sir Robert Sawyer, kt (Attorney General).

Defendant(s): Oswald Moseley, Edward Moseley, Ann Moseley, Francis Moseley, clerk.

Subject of depositions: Estate of Rowland Mosley, and the jointure lands of his wife Anne Moseley, including lands in Heaton Norrice (Lancashire), purchased by Rowld. and formerly belonging to Sir Thomas Gerrard, and lands in Whithington (Lancashire), late of Richard Heywood. [Sir Edward Moseley, late of Hough End (Lancashire), bart Margaret Mosely (daughter of Rowland, afterwards married to Sir William Whitmore, knight, deceased, and Ann Whitmore (daughter of Margaret), are mentioned].
