Description

Short title: Drax v Farmery.

Plaintiff(s): Henry Drax.

Defendant(s): John Farmery.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Sibsey and Claxby Pluckacre, purchased by Sir James Drax (plaintiff's late father) of Sir Edward Norton, and an encumbrance upon the lands by a judgment obtained by John Farmery, Doctor of Laws, against Sir Walter Norton. [See also Michaelmas, 32 Chas. 2, Number 28].

County/place: Lincolnshire.

Date of commission: 12 February 1681.
