Description

Short title: Thompson v White.

Plaintiff(s): Henry Thompson.

Defendant(s): Thomas White, John Lawrence, William Strange.

Subject of depositions: Vicarage and parish of Swindon, and lands in the parish called Acton Millham, Fluces Mead. Inclosure of commons within the lordship and tything of Eastcott, and allotments thereupon. Tithes.

County/place: Wiltshire.

Date of commission: 12 February 1681.
