Plaintiff(s): Sir William Ducie, K.B. and bart and Viscount Down and Baron of Cloney, in the Kingdom of Ireland.
Defendant(s): John Smythe, Stephen Smyth.
Subject of depositions: Deed of purchase of the farm or grainge called "Hasledon Farme" or "Hasledon Grainge" in the counties of Gloucester and Wilts, and ground called "the Conyard" and the parish of Charington. Metes and bounds. Fee-farm rents and chief rents reserved to the Crown. [A patent granted by Chas I to Highlord Ditchfield, clerk, and Mosse, dated 9 February 14 Chas II is mentioned].
County/place: Gloucestershire; Wiltshire.
Date of commission: 19 June 1678.
