Description

Short title: Attorney General v Sanderson.

Plaintiff(s): Sir William Jones, kt (Attorney General), at the relation of Thomas Rokeby, and others.

Defendant(s): Christopher Sanderson.

Subject of depositions: Payment by the defendant of the dutyes "of subsidy and aulnage" upon knit woollen hose, in the counties of Durham, Westmorland, and York.

County/place: Durham; Westmorland; Yorkshire.

Date of commission: 19 June 1678.
