Plaintiff(s): John Clift, on behalf of himself and other the freehold and copy-hold tenants of the manor of Mildenhall.
Defendant(s): Sir Henry North, Bart.
Subject of depositions: Manor of Mildenhall, and the fenns and waste grounds called "Mildenhall Fenns." Whether the fens are commons belonging tothe manor? Right of common of pasture of the lords of the manor on such fenns besides sheep. [John Inwood, lord of the manor, and Mr Withers, agent to the lords of the manor, are mentioned].
