Short title: Attorney General v Parker.

Plaintiff(s): Sir William Jones, kt, Attorney General, at the relation of Martha Mills, widow.

Defendant(s): Edmund Parker, esq, Nathaniel Arundel, George Potbury, John Wood, William Mitchell, John Culme, Humfrey Webber, clerks, Margaret Courtney, widow, Giles Burgess, John Joce, Hugh Ball, Ames Patridge, Hugh Popham, William Skinner, John Radford, Giles Mallet, Jocanon Westacott,and others.

Subject of depositions: Manor and lordship of Exmere alias Exmore, and the commons belonging, and the "reputed forest or chase of Exmore." Metes and bounds. Customs of manor. Right of common. Tithes.
