Subject of depositions: Importation of French wines from Bordeaux or elsewhere in France into the port of Bristol, and alleged refusal of defendant to pay the duty of "prisage" on the wines. Defendant's witnesses depose that he compounded for one tun of wine due for the prisage, by paying fifteen pounds in lieu of the tun to the prisage master.
