Description

Short title: Pickering v Sutton.

Plaintiff(s): Robert Pickering.

Defendant(s): Thomas Sutton.

Subject of depositions: Lease of the tithes of Newton and Hatton in the chapelry of Daresbury (Cheshire), made by the Dean and Canons of Christchurch in Oxford, to the plaintiff John Daniel, the elder, Ralph Starkey, and Richard Rutter, and a former lease of such tithes granted by College of Christchurch to John Grimsditch. Tithes.
