Description

Short title: Warburton v Oaseley.

Plaintiff(s): Sir George Warburton, bart.

Defendant(s): John Oaseley.

Subject of depositions: Messuage and tenement in Great Budworth called "Crow Nest House" lately belonging to Thomas and William Anderton, deceased, and for which the plaintiff (as lord of the manors of Aston and Great Budworth) claims a chief rent of 3s.. Plaintiff's manor of Arley, Richard Oaseley (defendant's late father), and Richard and William Maldon, former possessors of such premises, are mentioned].

County/place: Cheshire.

Date of commission: 28 November 1673.
