Description

Short title: Knight v Attorney General.

Plaintiff(s): Sir John Knight, kt.

Defendant(s): Sir Francis North (Attorney General), Francis Vaughan, William Strode, Thomas Baynard, Thomas Jennyns, Benjamin. Tibbott, William Spearing, Stephen Bath, William Plomley.

Subject of depositions: Farm in the parish and manor of Cleevedon (Somerset) called "Marsh Farm "alias "Perrys Farm" and a piece of marsh land called "The Warth" and a sea bank adjoining. Touching the liability to maintain and repair the sea bank. [Lord Digby, "reputed lord in fee" of the farm, is mentioned].

County/place: Bristol; Somerset.

Date of commission: 28 November 1673.
