Description

Short title: Rendle v Mayor of Lostwithiel.

Plaintiff(s): Charles Rendle, William Williams.

Defendant(s): The mayor and burgesses of the borough of Lostwithiel (Cornwall).

Subject of depositions: Harbour of Fowey and the borough of Lostwithiel. Touching a claim made by defendants upon the inhabitants of the town of Fowey, and the villages of Polruan and Bodinnick, for the payment of duties of keyage, wharfage, in the harbour. Customs and privileges of the town, etc. Jurisdiction, of the borough.

County/place: Cornwall.

Date of commission: 28 November 1673.
