Description

Short title: Kett v Hawys.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Kett.

Defendant(s): Roger Hawys, Richard Warner.

Subject of depositions: Farming of the excise of beer, ale, in the counties of Norfolk, Suffolk, and Essex, and the "compounding, collecting, and gathering" of same. Touching the expenses attending those operations. Accounts of arrears of excise.
