Description

Short title: Mainwaring v Daniel.

Plaintiff(s): Everard Mainwaring, M.D.

Defendant(s): William Daniel, administrator of Christian Daniel, widow.

Subject of depositions: Signing, sealing, of a bond, and a letter of attorney made by Eleanor Mainwaring for the recovery of some moneys due to her for the arrears of a rentcharge from one Mrs Daniel.

County/place: Staffordshire.
