Description

Short title: Hughes v Sheldon.

Plaintiff(s): Richard Hughes.

Defendant(s): William Sheldon, Thomas Cheatle.

Subject of depositions: Defendant Sheldon's lands in Bromsgrove (Worcestershire) seized into the King's hands by virtue of a capias of outlawry at the suit of defendant Cheatle, and leased by the Crown to defendant Cheatle.

County/place: Worcestershire.

Date of commission: 16 May 1670.
