Defendant(s): Sir Heneage Finch, kt and bart Attorney General.
Subject of depositions: Leases of lands, in Llanvihangel Tory-Monith (Monmouthshire), and copyhold lands in the manor of Usk (Monmouthshire) demised to John Nicholas, of Llanmelyn, by the Earl of Pembroke. Said leases made by John to the plaintiffs.
County/place: Holland; Monmouthshire.
Date of commission: 16 May 1670.
