Subject of depositions: Real and personal estate, debts, of Daniel Dobbins, deceased, and the execution of his last will, by his sons (the defendants), including lands in Kidderminster,and tithes in Oldington, Blakeston, Mitton, Netherton, Wribbenhall, Cursfield, Kidderminster, Habberley, Trimpley, Franthe, Puxton, Cauldwell, Sutton, and the Lea. Also touching the marriage portion of the daughter of Daniel Dobbins (the plaintiff Ursula).
County/place: Worcestershire.
Date of commission: 26 June 1667.
