Description

Short title: Talbot v Talbot.

Plaintiff(s): Olive Talbot (an infant), by Elizabeth Talbot, widow, her guardian.

Defendant(s): Elizabeth Talbot, spinster, Nathaniel Talbot, Thomas Rastell, John Tyas.

Subject of depositions: Pedigree of the Talbot family, and their real and personal estate, including the manor of Ockeley ( "the ancient inheritance of the Trymnells "), lands in Selwarpe, Witton, St Mary, St Andrew, and St Peter, in the liberty of the town of Droitwich, a bullary of salt water in Droitwich, purchased of Sir Edward Cockett, Edward Barrett, Samuel Manning, John Allen, Thomas Wythe, Ralph Walker, James Nash, Henry Harris, and John Brace.

County/place: Worcestershire.

Date of commission: 26 June 1667.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 8 October 1667 at Droitwich.
