Description

Short title: Attorney General v Shuttleworth.

Plaintiff(s): Sir Jeffrey Palmer, kt and bart (Attorney General).

Defendant(s): Richard Shuttleworth, Richard Dandy, Nicholas Brookbank, James Johnson, Richard Smallshaw, Robert Gardner, six of the defendants.

Subject of depositions: Sequestrations of property in Lancaster county and elsewhere made by defendants as collectors or otherwise, between 1642 and 1660. What improvement has taken place in defendants' estates within that time.?.

County/place: Lancashire.

Date of commission: 12 February 1664.
