Defendant(s): Eleanor Vine.

Subject of depositions: Custody, etc. of the last will and testament of Christr. Vine, of Colepeirce, in Hockfield parish (plaintiff's father), deceased, and his estate, including lands in Southwark, London, and Westminster.
